Overview

These terms apply when you use sapone.store and buy from us. "We", "us" and "Sapone" mean MB Sapone, company code 307477516, Chemijos g. 26C, Kaunas, Lithuania, email hello@sapone.store. Our store runs on Shopify. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy.

1. This is a PREORDER

All Sapone products are currently sold as a PREORDER. By ordering, you agree to the following:

Batch production: your order is made and shipped as part of one production batch. It does not ship right away.
Estimated ship dates: All orders, including the United States and the EU, ship by October 15, 2026. This date is our honest estimate.
Payment at order: your payment method is charged in full when you place your preorder.
Cancel any time before shipping: email hello@sapone.store with your order number and we refund 100% of what you paid, shipping included, to your original payment method.
If dates change: we will email you as soon as we know, with the new date. You can then keep your order or cancel for a full refund.
If we cannot fulfill a PREORDER at all, we cancel it and refund you in full.

2. Products

Our products are Marble (shampoo in a solid soap bottle, 200 ml), Marble Conditioner and the Magnetic Soap Holder. We try to show every product accurately, but colors and the natural marble pattern of each bottle vary, and your screen may show them differently. Please read the ingredients before use and stop using a product if it irritates your skin.

3. Orders

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud; if we do, we refund you in full. Our products are for personal use, not for resale.

4. Prices, offers and payment

Prices are shown in your currency at checkout and include VAT where it applies. The price you pay is the price shown when you order. From time to time we run offers, such as bundle deals, free gifts or free shipping. The offers shown on the site and at checkout when you place your order are the ones that apply to it. Offers may change, but a change never affects an order already placed. Outside the EU, import duties or taxes may be charged by your country and are paid by the buyer.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship from Lithuania. Ship dates for PREORDERS are set out in section 1 and in our Shipping policy. After shipping, delivery times are estimates from the carrier. Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to you.

6. Cancellations, returns and your EU rights

You can cancel a PREORDER for a full refund any time before it ships. After delivery you can return unopened, unused items within 30 days, as described in our Refund policy. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which for a PREORDER starts on the day you receive the goods. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or not as described.

7. Using our site

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. All text, images, designs and trademarks on it belong to Sapone or its licensors. Do not copy, misuse or try to disrupt the site.

8. Liability

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your rights as a consumer.

9. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please email hello@sapone.store first and we will try to fix it quickly. EU consumers can also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (www.vvtat.lt).
