which formula is right for me?
Start with moisture if you are not sure. Otherwise pick by the problem, not the name: repair for colour or heat damage, volume for fine flat hair, curls for definition, scalp for tightness and itch, flakes for flaking.
what happens when the shampoo runs out?
the ratio is designed to finish together. when the 200ml is gone, almost no shell remains.
the shell is sized to wear down at the pace of the shampoo inside. no half-used bar left over, nothing to throw away.
how long does one bottle last?
200 ml · a full bottle of shampoo, plus the soap it comes in.
That is about 50 washes at 4 ml - the dose is stated so you can check it against your own bottle.
does it melt in the shower?
no. the shell is designed to wear down with the shampoo inside.
it wears from friction when you use it, not from sitting in water.
Left on a draining dish between washes it keeps its shape until the shampoo inside is gone.

what if it doesn’t suit me?
Unopened and unused items can be returned. The buyer pays return shipping.
Buyers in the European Union and the United Kingdom additionally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the goods are received. To use it, email support@sapone.store with your order number and we will send you the return address.
Because these are sealed cosmetic goods, a product that has been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect: email us with a photo and we will replace or refund it in full, and we pay the return cost.
