Shipping policy
This is a PREORDER
Every Sapone product is currently sold as a PREORDER. Your order is made and shipped as part of one production batch, so it does not ship right away.
- Estimated ship dates: United States orders ship by September 30, 2026. Worldwide orders, including the EU, ship by October 15, 2026.
- Payment: your card is charged in full when you place your preorder.
- Cancel any time before shipping: email hello@sapone.store and we refund 100% of what you paid, shipping included.
- If dates change: we will email you right away with the new date, and you can still cancel for a full refund.

Orders are dispatched from Kaunas, Lithuania (EU).
Shipping rates
- Free shipping on 2 or more items.
- Europe (including Lithuania): €4.90
- United Kingdom and Switzerland: €7.50
- United States: $5.95
- Canada, Australia and New Zealand: €9.90
- Rest of world: €19.90
The exact rate for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
Delivery times start once your PREORDER ships from our batch. After shipping, delivery usually takes a few business days within the EU and longer for the rest of the world. When your order ships, we email you a tracking number.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and are paid by the buyer when the parcel arrives.
Address problems and lost parcels
Please check your shipping address carefully. If you need to change it, email hello@sapone.store before your PREORDER ships. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
